VILNIUS - Lithuania has never been perceived as golf country, but Capitals Golf Club in Vilnius is working to change that. Membership is growing, and Arunas Pemkus, the club’s deputy chairman, is planning for expansion and hopes the club will make a vital contribution to the budding Lithuanian golfing industry.
