NO IT’S NOT PARIS: Lithuania’s capital has embraced cafe culture
VILNIUS - During the short summer in Lithuania, the sounds of music, chatter, laughter and clinking glasses can be heard around the streets of the old town. Restaurants have opened their terraces, and people laze away the day, drinking under umbrellas in the sun. It’s one of the best things about Vilnius in the summer.
