TALLINN - Manufacturers can slap together a motorcycle in an afternoon, but it takes Urmas Teearu up to 10 years. Teearu, a motorcycle restoration specialist and owner of the Motorcycle Museum, buys frames, engines and other parts from a variety of disparate sources.  “Finally there are enough pieces to make a motorcycle,” he said. Teearu has been into bikes ever since he was a child. He started out renovating mopeds for his village and got his first motorcycle as payment for his labors ...
