Algirdas Kauspedas has been a mainstream public figure in Lithuania since his band Antis – meaning duck or false political sensation – burst onto the scene in 1986. He has also created a respected architecture company and had a brief stint in politics after the band broke up for the first time in 1990. They have since gotten back together and had another tour.
