Where are all the expats

We moved to Lithuania about 2 months ago and are surprised at the apparently non-existent expats community. We hear English on the  streets, but can not seem to find out where the expats are. In other countries where we have lived, there were many social activities for  expats, including weekly events and letups. If such activities are here, we do not see them.
