“In 2006 the Dutch ambassador to Estonia, Hans Glaubitz, had to be  reassigned at his own request after his gay black partner suffered constant abuse.”
I thought everyone knew by now that this was just the made-up excuse Glaubitz gave to his bosses in The Hague so he could leave Tallinn after only 1 year because he and his Cuban-born partner were bored  with this cold village?
