TALLINN – For Estonia, membership into the World Trade Organization could not have come at a better time. Accession into the trade body on Nov. 13, not only confirmed Estonia's reputation as a nation committed to liberal economic policies, but it also secured Estonia's seat at the negotiating table in Seattle.
