SPORTS - The other basketball players

TALLINN - One of the strange things about this region which makes it appear slightly less European is the fact that basketball is more popular than football. Yet there exists a league of basketball players competing at the highest level of the game, who play to empty stadiums with little or no interest from the press or public.
