A Report on Baltic Minorities
Doudou Diene, a Senegalese diplomat, visited the Baltic states from 16 to 28 September 2007 on behalf of the United Nations. He visited the countries in order to publish a report on the human rights situation here. Since the issue is so important, – and since the report is, at times, so damning – The Baltic Times decided to publish excerpts from the reports on the three countries, much of which overlapped.
