The International Raoul Wallenberg Foundation salutes the Lithuanian people on the tribute to be bestowed upon 17 Lithuanians who had risked their lives to save Jews from the Nazis.
Our Foundation is an NGO devoted to preserve and divulge the legacies of the Swedish diplomat Raoul Wallenberg and all the saviours.
The lessons of the Holocaust should be thoroughly taught. This includes not only the atrocities perpetrated by the Nazis, but also the corageous feats of women and men who confronted evil and saved not only human lives, but human dignity.
Our Foundation has pledged to keep their legacy alive.
