FLOWERS - Women’s day is bloom time for florists

WHAT WOMEN WANT: Flowers are particularly poignant on this day, but keep in mind a beautiful flower will bring a smile to the face of your loved one on any day of the year.
VILNIUS  - As Eastern Europe’s favorite holiday approaches, legions of men and women will be browsing through the florists of the Baltic region this weekend looking for the perfect bloom for loved ones and work colleagues.
