World Bank backs Estonia

TALLINN - In its latest study of the business climate in different countries, the World Bank ranks Estonia as the 17th best place to do business, making it the most business-friendly of the Baltic states.According to the World Bank study there are 12 companies registered per 100 residents in Estonia, making it a hot spot of innovation and entrepreneurship."Of the former socialist countries, it is the simplest to go into business in Estonia," the bank said.The report gives a special mention to Skype as a company established in Estonia that has become a world leader in its sphere....
