BREAD - Black bread the key to beauty

BETTER THAN MUESLI: The ever-popular Baltic black bread isn’t just high in fiber, it’s also loaded with B-vitamins, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and potassium, which serve to boost both health and good looks.
TALLINN - In the Estonian language, the word for bread – leib – refers specifically to the delicious rye-based black bread. If it’s western-style white bread you’re after, you’d better order sai. The difference is more than just a word – it’s part of culture, not just for Estonians but for all Balts.
