RADIO - An English voice on Tallinn's airwaves

SURPRISE HIT: Mark White (right) and co-host Madis Malk. White, who was initially worried that he would have to invent fake callers for his radio contests, has instead found widespread popularity among Tallinn locals. His show has already won listeners on four continents.
