Latvian cyclists reach critical mass

RIDE ON: The protesting cyclists used “corks,” individual cyclists blocking traffic at either end of Akmens bridge, to keep the cars back while they flooded Riga’s main crossing. The bikers stop traffic around the city for about 10 minutes at a time in an ongoing series of protests.
