Russian and six Moldovan citizens detained for illegal stay in Lithuania

VILNIUS - The Lithuanian police and border guards have detained one Russian and six Moldovan citizens who were staying in Lithuania illegally.
According State Border Guard Service report, five Lithuanians were also arrested dring the operations on suspicion of illegal transportation of foreigners across the national border.
All of the foreigners who were detained last week have been temporarily accommodated at the Alien Registration Center in Pabrade. The foreigners are suspected of trying to reach Spain thrugh the Baltic states.
