For years chocoholics have had remarkably few alternatives when looking for places or products to indulge their cravings. But those were the days of old… Over the past decade the town of Tartu has, rather swiftly, transformed from the quaint Estonian home of several universities into a bustling cosmopolitan hub. Ethnic restaurants, bakeries and confectioneries long ago replaced the affordable (albeit unimaginative) Ruutli bistro and similar reminders of the early days...
