Border lines keep growing

RIGA - The number of trucks waiting to cross the Latvian-Russian border is still growing, and lines at the Terehova border increased to 1,000 cars on Nov. 15, authorities said.
The Latvian National Border Guard's press representative told the Baltic News Service that the lines had significantly increased from yesterday, when there were over 800 vehicles waiting. Late last evening, their number grew to 1,060.
The number of trucks waiting at the Grebneva border also rose, reaching 430.
Since late August, between 500 and 1,000 trucks have been waiting at Latvian-Russian borders daily.
