In all of the Baltics, Klaipeda probably offers the closest thing to good family sea fun. It's a tradition that goes back some time. Back in 1934, the city organized its very first Sea Day to remind everyone that Klaipeda had an important role to play as a true world port.
Well the celebration is still going strong. So pack your family, see the Curonian Spit and maybe even Klaipeda's own aquarium.
