North-Livonian Festival
June 3 - 12:00 - The second North-Livonia festival, held in Parnumaa, is a Smorgusborg of authentic Estonian cuisine, handicraft and culture. The main aim of the festival is to introduce city slickers to Estonia's rich regional traditions. If the aroma of fresh pork on an open grill doesn't tempt you, then the colorful array of concerts, theater and street basketball surely will. Plus for the kiddies there's an open plant and animal fair, just make sure they keep a few meters away from those disgruntled Estonian goats.

June 16 - 20:00 - The legendary German rock band Smokie spent many years trying to find their own voice. They've never enjoyed a Beatles-level following. There aren't too many number one hits in their catalog. But they were admired by many in Europe throughout the '70s and are still beloved by younger crowds. They keep it real, man!
The concert will be held at Ogre's open-air stage.

INDIAN SUMMER NIGHT
June 3 - If you don't know that much about India, it's probably good if you start learning now. If the 20th century was the American century, this one will be the Asian century, and India will be enjoying a superpower status sooner rather than later.
