There always seems to be a jazz concert somewhere in the Baltics. And if you get to Kaunas from April 26 to May 1 you can catch the Petras Vysniauskas Special Project and Cuba's Arturo Sandoval. The Kaunas Jazz Festival began in 1991, timed almost perfectly with the Flower Revolution. And it keeps getting better.
