Just an accident

Feb 15, 2006

The mysterious death of character actor Chris Penn on Jan. 24 at age 40 has been ruled an accident.

Chief coroner investigator Craig Harvey said the overweight actor died of an oversized heart after a "multiple medication intake." Penn, the younger brother of Sean, is best known for his role as a flamboyantly dressed mobster in Quentin Tarantino's directorial debut, "Reservoir Dogs."
