Parnu man in court on deportation charges

TALLINN - A former NKVD official suspected of taking part in Soviet-era mass deportations has appeared in court charged with crimes against humanity. Mikhail Neverovski, 79, is charged with helping in the deportation of 279 people and personally rounding up three families from the Parnu region.
