A commission made up of local prosecutors and members of the security police will submit the findings of an investigation next week to the Estonian government into whether the ferry Estonia was carrying military armaments when it tragically sank in 1994 the group announced. After the Estonian Cabinet has received the report it will study its findings before making the information public. A Swedish investigation concluded that the Estonia was not carry military armaments on Sept. 28 1994 when it sank, but on two previous trips Sept. 14th, and 20th the ferry had military ordnance on board.
