Changes announced in immigration laws

TALLINN - The citizenship and migration board announced changes Sept. 21 to the laws regulating who is eligible to apply for residence permits and where applications may be presented.With few exceptions, applications for limited-term residence permits must now be presented at an Estonian representation abroad.
