Lithuania: Russia's Canada?

KALININGRAD (BNS) - An influential Russian MP has compared Lithuania's importance to Russia with that of Canada's to the United States.Vladimir Lukin, chairman of the Russian State Duma international affairs committee, said during a visit to the Kaliningrad region, that the United States' communication route with one of its states, the state of Alaska, goes through Canada, similarly, all the routes from Russia to Kaliningrad go through Lithuania.Lukin believes that a package of documents signed ...
