TALLINN - Estonian President Kersti Kaljulaid on Tuesday evening appointed into office the government led by Juri Ratas. Ratas, chairman of the Centre Party, will head the government, assembled by the Centre Party, the Social Democratic Party (SDE), and the Pro Patria and Res Publica Union (IRL), which has 56 seats in the parliament.
