VILNIUS - The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry today delivered a diplomatic note to Russia's ambassador in Vilnius, Alexander Udaltsov, regarding incidents in Lithuania's exclusive economic zone in the Baltic Sea.
The note "expressed concerns over repeated violations by the Russian Navy of the rights and freedoms of the sovereign Republic of Lithuania and other states in the exclusive economic zone of Lithuania in the Baltic Sea," the ministry disclosed in a press release.
