RIGA - Latvian President Raimonds Vejonis announced the re-enlivenment of Riga Castle after the president's standard was raised on the renovated castle's Tower of the Holy Spirit on Monday.
As he stepped into his office, President Vejonis affirmed he was pleased to have the opportunity to finally return to the castle. "Life is returning here," he said.
