Latvia loses to Italy at U16 EC; will play for 9th to 16th place

UDINE (Italy) - In a final 16 knockout stage match at the European U16 Men's Basketball Championships on Tuesday, Latvia lost to Italy 62:82.

Otto Farenhorsts led the way for Latvia with 18 points, followed by Rihards Teirumnieks with 12 points.

Latvia will now continue to play for 9th to 16th place, and its next match will be against Lithuania later today.
