EU shouldn't accept power from Belarus N-plant if risks not reflected in price - Kaljulaid

VILNIUS - Estonia's new president believes that the EU should not grant market access to electricity from the Astravyets Nuclear Power Plant being built in Belarus if environmental risks are not indicated in its price. "On Astravyets, there is clearly a problem if all the costs, including environmental costs and risks, are not internalised into the price scheme.
