TALLINN - Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves on Monday afternoon appointed to office Jurgen Ligi as foreign minister and Maris Lauri as education and research minister. Prime Minister Taavi Roivas today visited the president with Ligi and Lauri, and the president assigned the new ministers, the daily Postimees has relayed.
