Estonian postal co says still not possible to send mail to Crimea, Sevastopol

Omniva, the Estonian state-owned postal company, said on Monday it continues to be impossible to send mail and parcels to Crimea and Sevastopol via Ukrainian Post because it cannot be guaranteed that the items will reach the party to which they have been sent in this region. The postal company of Ukraine has sent similar instructions to all members of the Universal Postal Union (UPU).
