The Estonian government plans to discuss on Thursday a draft resolution on approving a transfer agreement for sentenced persons to be concluded with India, government spokespeople announced.
The goal of the bilateral agreement is to enable persons sentenced in the other country to be sent back to their home country to complete their sentences, which will aid in their social rehabilitation.
