TALLINN - Estonia's new ambassador to India visited the Tamil Nadu State on Wednesday and Thursday, and spoke to Estonian ship guards imprisoned there.
Ambassador Riho Kruuv and the ship guards discussed the court case and living conditions in jail, spokespeople for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Friday.
