Estonia was Europe’s biggest exporter of wooden houses in 2014

TALLINN - Estonian wooden house makers exported wooden houses to European countries for a total of 238 million euros last year, which makes Estonia the biggest exporter of wooden houses in Europe. Lauri Kivil, head of the Estonian Wooden Houses Cluster, said in a press release that although the European wooden house sector has remained stable for several years and has not shown many signs of growing or decreasing, the sector’s production and export volumes have increased moderately.
