TALLINN - Estonia has started compiling a list of undesirable persons that will contain the names of individuals connected with the capture and jailing in Russia of Ukrainian pilot Nadiya Savchenko, Estonian Foreign Minister Marina Kaljurand said on Tuesday, April 19.
