Estonia: Siim Kallas has not ruled out establishment of new political party

TALLINN - Siim Kallas, founder and honourary chairman of Estonia's ruling Reform Party, who disapproves the way the party is currently run, has not ruled out the possibility of establishing a new party, the business daily Aripaev reports.
