Enterprises planning to invest EUR 1 billion in Estonia's wood industry

TALLINN – A group of investors operating in the timber industry is planning to make an investment worth a billion euros in Estonia.

For that, the investors have set up a company, Est-For Invest OU. The company's board members are Aadu Poll and Margus Kohava.

The plans are to be introduced at a press briefing on Tuesday.

Est-For Invest OU was set up on Oct. 3 and its owners include forest and wood processing group AS Lemeks, Caspar Re OU, holding enterprise belonging to businessman Peeter Mand, Ivard OU, Kaamos Group OU, OU Combiwood and OU Tristafan.
