Electronic Mass Media Council planning TV channel for Russian-speaking audience

RIGA - The National Electronic Mass Media Council is planning to set up a new TV channel for Russian-speaking audiences, which will be a joint project implemented by Latvian Television and Latvian Radio in 2018, BNS learned from the council's deputy chairwoman Dace Kezbere.
