DPD Lithuania suspends parcel deliveries to/from UK and Ireland

VILNIUS – DPD Lietuva, a Lithuanian provider of parcel delivery services, has suspended parcel deliveries to/from the United Kingdom and Ireland in response to new transport restrictions imposed by Lithuania and some other European countries due to fears about a new strain of coronavirus in Britain. Parcels collected on December 21 would be returned to consignors, Gabrielius Bilevicius, DPD Baltics sales and marketing director, said in a press release.
