Decision to change holder of EU presidency must be made by consensus - Estonian official

A decision made by the EU member states by consensus is required to make changes to the time slots assigned to different countries to hold the rotating presidency of the EU, the head of the team preparing for the Estonian EU presidency in the first half of 2018 said on Friday.
