Artis Kampars, you talk. Talk is very cheap. It was only last year that I looked world wide for a specialized person in my field of buisness. I found a suitable amn from New Deli. Following endless applications, he was granted a one month visa to Latvia. Consdering the expence of his travel, I could not justify and shelved the idea. Why would anyone want to come to Latvia? I made the mistake in 2005 and now must move on. Many maybe fooled by your talk...talk, talk... I challange any Latvian Company to apply for a visa for Indian National to work here.
