Sorry, I cannot resist making another comment.. Read my lips!!! or are you speaking with fork tong. Let’s say last year a good friend decided to sign a 5 year contract as head of his Dept. at Liepaja Uni. This year he is informed that his position has been made redundant as a cost cutting measure. Mr. Read my lips, please tell me, does your Government have any idea what they are doing??? My friend who has a PhD will now earn more money picking apples in UK. What are you people doing to Latvia??? Do you have any idea??? Never the less. Whatever is decided, will not stand the test of the expressed time. This one can be sure of.
