sorry matey but you live in a Bandit country. You're right about "Western" Europe. At least here we can contest the police/mafia officer. Stand up and protest, in England there's a saying (used against M.Thatcher) "Can't Pay! Won't Pay!!". We live in faith that one day these nasty little facists will be kicked in to line. In the U.K. all Eastern European countries have a "Bandit" reputation. as for the roads, i don;t know for your country but in Lt. there's no road tax, all i can say is if you complain about the roads, then PAY for them!! E.U. will pay now but you gotta back the money later. sorry to disappoint you but there's no pot of gold at the end of road. sorry buddy. Wish you a good life there.
