TBT appoints Halloran to run London Bureau

The Baltic Times has appointed veteran investigative journalist Paul Halloran as its new London bureau chief.

Previously Halloran was the chief investigative reporter for Private Eye from 1980 until 1992, and has since freelanced for a variety of UK and international media outlets.

Halloran will report from London on matters concerning the three Baltic States.

"We're excited to have Halloran on board," says TBT publisher Gene Zolotarev. "Halloran's experience and skills will undoubtedly help bring The Baltic Times to the forefront of investigative journalism in the Baltics."
